Here is a recipe from Chef Steph of The Comfort Gourmet
Corn and Black Bean Salad
¼ c. EVOO
Juice of 1 lime
½ t. salt
1 t. hot sauce
¼ t. pepper
2 t. chili powder
1 t. cumin
1 T. honey

Toss with:
1 15oz. can of black beans drained and rinsed
1 15 oz. can of yellow corn rinsed
3 plum tomatoes seeded and chopped
½ c. finely diced red onion
½ c. chopped cilantro

Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl.   In a large bowl combine beans, corn, tomatoes, onion and cilantro.  Toss with dressing.
