We live in a culture where making yourself vulnerable – exposing your fears and uncertainties, taking emotional risks – is considered a form of weakness, and something most of us want to run away from. But I don’t agree and I have been working with my own vulnerability this year. It is an interesting ride and I’d like to share some of my experiences with you today.
