50 of the following: squats….pushups…..situps…..inverted pull ups……walking lunges Do it outside. Today is absolutely marvelous!
Run or Walk .25 miles. Please challenge yourself to do the very best you can. Then… Do 20 Pushups. Military or Modified, again challenge yourself. Then…. Hold Plank (you guessed it….modify as necessary) for up to 60 seconds. Then…. Do 25 Walking Lunges. Repeat all 3 times.
