An incredible Fall Day: Outside if you can – walk 1/4 mile – 15 pushups - run 1/4 mile – 25 squats - run 1/2 mile – 15 pushups and 25 squats – walk home!

Workout of The Day
Run or Walk .25 miles. Please challenge yourself to do the very best you can. Then… Do 20 Pushups. Military or Modified, again challenge yourself. Then…. Hold Plank (you guessed it….modify as necessary) for up to 60 seconds. Then…. Do 25 Walking Lunges. Repeat all 3 times.
