Every day I wake to the idea: “how may I be of service today?” It’s exciting to work with clients who are ready to feel the abundance in their life and to co-create a plan for moving forward that works for them.
Through coaching, I help my clients find their authenticity; be happy in the present moment; take responsibility for themselves; become self aware; increase their self esteem; create a life/work balance that fuels their value system; and, maybe most of all, help them understand and release the victim vs. victor mentality.
I have been involved in the health and wellness industry for most of my life, and have cultivated an understanding of just how precious life truly is. It is both my responsibility and joy to help others find that understanding as well.
My certifications include: Health Coach Training – Professional Health Coach; Instructor – Health Coach Training; AALC – Certified Weight and Stress Management Counselor; IDEA – Elite Personal Trainer; NHE Level Two Master Trainer; ACE Personal Fitness Trainer; ACE Advanced Specialist Trainer; ACE Group Exercise Instructor.
My home is in the country in Chester County. My husband and I live on four acres of beautiful land, surrounded by neighbors who own horses. We get the beauty and sound without the work, except when we are asked to babysit! My most incredible daughter attends college at Penn State University. In my spare time I play with my dog, Tikki (in the picture with me, above). I am also teaching myself to play the jembe and native american flute. It is very relaxing and calming! I read almost obsessively and, of course, find time to exercise most every day of the week!
