A thought for those of you who are looking to lose weight. Nutrition plays a HUGE part in your weight loss efforts. More than 50%. Your body has to become accustomed to drinking that much water. Next…cut your portions. For now..don’t worry so much about what you are eating…just cut your portion sizes down. We all eat too much.Women cut protein to 2 oz, but have it at each meal. Men..cut down to 4 oz, but have at each meal. It’s a great start.
