Good Morning everyone! Maybe some snow today here in the Northeast. If so, shoveling is in order. Remember to use your core, keep your shoulders open and protect your back. Squat into the movemet and use those obliques you have been working so hard on…..Just in case it does not snow….or if you are lucky enought NOT to have a driveway….here’s Tuesday’s workout:
Back Squats – 5×5 – please don’t woose out.. use a weight that you get to failure/fatigue in 5 reps. Seriously!
Shoulder Press – 5×5 same as above blah blah….
