Stair runs – run on the first step for 30 seconds
20 stair pushups
20 walking lunges
20 calf raises (on the step)
20 russian twists
repeat this 8 times –
You know, working out consistently for the rest of your life could be a challenge if you looked at it as a chore. You guys all have such a heads up and head start because you get that working out doesn’t need to take loads of time. Just being consistent and working to the best of your ability will get you there!
